He finished!

Yesterday Benjamin submitted the final project needed to complete his bachelor's degree. Early in the evening, we received word that it had been graded. He passed with flying colors! I am so proud of him. He has worked hard and maintained motivation even when he was discouraged, sleep deprived, and crazy-busy. Independent, distance learning is hard, but he succeeded!

We are enjoying having a break from school work and are gearing up for kitchen remodel, more music, graduation in July, and of course a graduation party! We've talked about several long-range options, but beyond the short-range ones I've listed, we're not really sure where the next step will lead. I'm eager to see where our path will go.

Oh, and the roses in the photo above--they're from Benjamin. Yesterday he brought home a beautiful bouquet of deep red and white roses (our favorites) for me as a thank you for helping him and supporting him as he got his degree. Being his helper is one of the highest honors I've ever been given.
