garden spinach

My spinach last year was unkempt and went to seed.
This year we have benefited from an early and generous crop
of volunteer spinach plants.
Last weekend I harvested my first baby spinach salad
of the spring.

Satisfying, fulfilling, crisply green.
Delicious.
