when I was small

I loved sprinkles

I was convinced that they added instant

fun, glamor, and deliciousness

to whatever they touched

(yes, even the counter)

now, if possible

i enjoy them even more

as I watch the wonder and delight

in my sweet sons' every expression and action

as they discover sprinkle magic

while helping in the kitchen
